Testimonial
After 5 months, 52 showings, and 3 price reductions I had no other choice but to ask for a cancellation form. That was when I contacted Jamie. To make a long story short: Jamie sold our property in 1 day, after 1 showing.

It takes a while for me to get to Bloor West, but it’s worth it for Sardinha. They serve the best Churrasco-style rotisserie chicken ever. It only takes $9.99 to get an unbelievably soft, juicy, and flavourful chicken, but even though the food is great, it can’t hide the lack of decor and atmosphere.
It’s not a restaurant, but instead a take-out bar. They’ve got some patio furniture, but that’s it: it’s a quick, easy, cheap take-out option. But everyone can overlook what Sardinha lacks to see clearly what they have: amazing food. Other than the incredible roasted chicken, they also have grilled chicken for the health conscious, great salads, three different potato options, unbelievable hot sauce, ribs that are always sold out by 7:00 P.M., breaded and fried fish, some kind of brisket, tomato and bocconcini salad, and great fried rice... And I just remembered all that off the top of my head! My love for this place’s food knows no bounds.
The service is nice and friendly, and the constant lineups are proof of the great quality. You can actually call ahead for large orders that the staff can deliver. Delivery isn’t necessary, though, because the food is definitely worth the trip past Ossington. You’ll know Sardinha when you see it: just look for the plain take-out bar with a long line and the delicious smell of freshly roasted chicken wafting through the air.
