Jamie’s Updates – August 2012

We are now mid-August, which means that summer is officialy more than half over, can you believe it? Many families are still heading out of town for their well deserved getaways, picnics and parties before the weather cools off and it's time for kids to get back to school.

If you do not plan to spend time outside the city limits, do not forget that Toronto has prepared a lot of events for every age group. Buskerfest, Canadian National Exhibition, Summer Works Performance Festival or Fan Expo Canada, just to name a few. You really do not have to go far to enjoy the wonderful sun, meet interesting people, and taste some truly amazing food.

Real estate wise, it appears as if the market will swing back in to high gear again in September. I will be presenting some fantastic new property listings throughout the month so be sure to check my site frequently for updates. Buyers and Sellers are steadily preparing to take advantage of what is seemingly becoming a more balanced climate.

Enjoy the rest of the summer and donít hesitate to be in touch with any of your real estate related needs or questions.

Sincerely,

Jamie Sarner
Sales Representative

Testimonial by David Kaufman

I had the pleasure for working with Jamie Sarner in early 2012 to help locate my new property in mid-town Toronto. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the market.

The patience he took to help me find just the eight location, with all the amenities I had requested was outstanding. I appreciated his candor around the many properties he showed me and felt after just a few hours that he was able to figure out what I wanted to make me happy in a new home.

Jamie was very responsive and flexible in accommodating my busy travel schedule and long days. I have recommended him to friends and colleagues looking to buy condos, houses and some who are renting.
