We are looking for a house between the borders of Spadina/the Allen, Dupont and
Elmridge Ave….(a bit south of St. Clair and a bit north of Eglinton). We are interested
in a 3 bedroom house/townhouse, ideally with a finished basement, and the capacity
to park two cars. We much prefer an already updated/renovated house, and our price
range is between 800 and 950. Does this seam do-able? We are not in a rush. We
have a lovely home a bit north of there, and are looking to move a little bit south.

We used to live in both Cedarvale and the upper Village, so we know the area pretty well.
