Toronto Home Sale Values
Realosophy.com and the Toronto Real Estate Board have joined forces and managed to develop an interactive map showing percentual change in resale prices during the first half of the year compared to the same time period in 2010.
From a quick look at the map, it’s clear that most areas of Toronto show a modest, 0 – 10 per cent increase in resale prices. The most striking rise occurred in Teddington Park, where prices went up by 131 per cent. Other fast-growing neighbourhoods include Deer Park, Hillcrest, and Old Mill.
Eighteen out of 167 areas experienced a decrease. Regal Heights dropped by a striking 18 per cent, followed by Casa Loma and Caribou Park.
